Psalm 47:8 God Reigns
The Bible tells us that God reigns over all the earth. That simply means He rules, He has sovereign power, basically, He’s in total control. Selah.
Lord, thank you for your sovereignty, your saving grace and your awesomeness. Without you, we can do nothing, but through you all things are possible. Thank you Lord, that your Love for us never changes; for your Grace is sufficient and your Mercy endureth forever. That alone is enough to bow down and be graciously humble to appreciate everything God has done in your life.
God blesses those who are thankful and puts their trust in Him, totally. Basically, not focused on what you don’t have, but rather thankful for what God has done in your life. In Deuteronomy 28: 2-6 God promised to increase our portion. As one plant, another water, and God provides the increase. When God provides the increase, it’s unexplainable by man or science. All we can say is “But God.” Meaning no one but God can work a miracle, because He is the one that moves mountain and does the unexplainable. In Psalm 115:14 the word reads, The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Lord, bless those who are unemployed and experiencing financial difficulties. Bless them with more than enough to take care of their families and pay their bills. Lord, you are our source. Everything we need, you have already provided.
In this season Lord, bless us with an increase in our relationship with you, and knowledge of your word. Help us Lord to focus on you and not ourselves and to be totally dependent on you. Let us be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as you know, our labour is not in vain, in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58.
