My Heavenly Advocate

Scripture: Psalm 73:25-26 (ESV)
Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
We are spiritual beings experiencing an earthly existence. It is reality that one day this earthly existence will be terminated, and we all will stand before God. It is incumbent upon us all to take refuge in our heavenly advocate, Christ Jesus. When we make Christ Jesus more important than any earthly gain, than our spiritual heart can and will sustain us daily.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, it’s your wisdom of the revolution of your word that I desire the most. I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to teach us, guide us, and direct us toward your will for our lives, on earth as it is in heaven. In Christ Jesus name. Amen.
