21 Days Ablaze Daily Devotional

Day 21

We Did It! 21 Days Ablaze for 2017 are in the books…. Yet our work of intercession continues on. The Theme, Praying on the Edge of Eternity could not have been more on target. Who would have thought that we’d be in the midst of our intense Corporate Prayer and Fasting during a time of such an outbreak of natural disasters around the world, not to mention the worst mass shooting in recent US history in Las Vegas? Just in this month alone, there were and are fires in California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Greece, Portugal, Siberia and Russia just to name of few. India, Napal & Pakastan have all had record monsoons and massive death tolls; earthquakes in Japan and Mexico. We prayed through 4 hurricanes to include Hurricane Harvey, Irma, Jose & Katia. People in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico are still recovering.

Who would have thought we would be entrusted to labor in prayer for those recently suffering these intense tragedies? Who would have thought the range our collective prayer during this time would go to affect what’s going on Nationally, internationally, and personally as well? Well, the God of Heaven knew and dispatched not only His Angles, not only His Holy Spirit, but His precious people… The Saints of the Most High to bombard heaven to affect the things on the earth! What an honor!!! Who knows how many more lives would have been lost & how much more damage would have been done if we hadn’t prayed and if we don’t keep praying. We’re pressing in for absolute Revival. That the heart of people would turn to God. Although you can relax physically, as you can see, we cant afford to relax spiritually! Please remain alert and vigilant. Keep your heart attuned to the voice of God, remaining obedient and completely yielded to his direction as we continually affect change in our hones, our communities and around the world. If you haven’t had a chance to read the AWAKENING Devotional (Day 21), it’s a perfect Word as we wrap up this time in prayer together. There is so much to say and still so much to do all for His glory.

Awakening

21 Days Ablaze -Well Done Redeeming Love Family, Partners & Friends!

Psalm 118:1, 5 “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever…In my anguish I cried to the LORD, and he answered by setting me free.”

Today, I choose to praise God and testify to others, because he has set me free!

How have you been set free? Has God helped you to overcome an addiction, an illness, a bitter spirit, or a broken relationship? Has God been your comfort, your refuge, and your helper? Is he your Savior? Then, tell someone. Give your testimony! Be salt and light in this dark world today. That’s how Revivals start. Just think if we all passionately shared His goodness. Someone needs to hear how you have been set free by the enduring love of the Father and by the precious blood of the Lamb. You are an overcomer for these 21 Days and for the rest of your life.

Revelation 12:11 “They overcame [the devil] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their life so much as to as to shrink from death.”

Prayer: Today we pray for revival, for a reawakening to You as Sovereign LORD. We pray that the Holy Spirit will move across this land drawing hearts and souls back to the Father. For the Spirit of the living God gives life!

Psalm 71 “Give thanks for the riches of Christ for He is our salvation. Give thanks for the material provision of God for every good gift comes from Him. Give thanks when you are hurting because He is the Great Physician. Give thanks when life seems out of control for He is the sovereign God. Give thanks for life for He is the Giver of Life. Give thanks when others ignore your cries for our God hears. O give thanks to the Lord for He is good, His mercy endures forever!”

Ministry Oppotunities

  • Corporate Prayer Every Saturday at 9 a.m. (October 7th, 14th & 21st)

  • Each family is encouraged to gather for daily prayer and reflection as we encourage each other to embrace the mandate to pray! While prayer is always in order, please remember that children should not be made to fast. They should be well aware of what they are doing and make a conscious effort to do so of their own free will. Even then, they should be greatly monitored.

  • We encourage the Body to be deliberate in setting time at least 3 times a day to pray. The whole point of fasting is to become more sensitive to the Lord, what He is saying and what He is doing.

  • Communion will be available for each Worship Celebration and prayer time.

  • To encourage you in this time of personal and corporate consecration, we recommend you download the Our Daily Bread (ODB) App or go to ODB.ORG. The YouVersion Bible App is also a great tool. There are journals and a host of other resources that can enhance your prayer and study time every day.
