Well worth the read. ππ½βοΈππ½
I am The God Who Heals
Scripture Reading:
"I heal broken bodies, broken minds, broken hearts, broken lives, and broken relationships. My very Presence has immense healing powers. You cannot live close to Me without experiencing some degree of healing. However, it is also true that you have not because you ask not. You receive the healing that flows naturally from My Presence, whether you seek it or not. But there is more β much more β available to those who ask," says the Lord.πExodus 15:22-26
Reflection:
The Bible describes God as Jehovah-Rophe (or Jehovah-Rapha) more than 60 times. Jehovah means βGodβ and Rophe or Rapha means βto restore,β βto heal,β or βto make healthful.β
Β
In Exodus 15:26, God promised Moses and the people of Israel, βIf you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in His eyes, if you pay attention to His commands and keep all His decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.βΒ
Β
Healer is an integral part of Godβs character. God cares about every area of your health β your physical health, your mental and emotional well-being as well as your spiritual vitality (Psalm 103:2-3).Β
Β
When we understand that God is Jehovah-Rophe, the Great Physician, we recognize that no healing happens apart from Him. Only He can provide lasting healing from sickness or brokenness.Β
Β
So often, we want the healing without the dealing. But God has to deal with the source of our pain β the rejection, the hurt, or perhaps the betrayal β to heal us.Β
Β
Our Healer has never and will never change (Malachi 3:6). Jesus still does miracles. God works through modern medicine, just like He worked through ancient Israelβs laws to protect them from disease.
Β
The Gospel is the physical, moral, and spiritual remedy for us all. God is aware of the wounds that people, circumstances and yes, our own sin has caused us in our lives.Β He knows what you are struggling with that is keeping you from living the life He has chosen for you.Β Β
Β
It is by the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart that brings forth whatever type healing we need.Β If you need a physical, emotional, or spiritual healing take His word and begin speaking it into your life.Β
Β
Healing Scriptures:
Psalm 91:14-15, Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 103:2-3, Exodus 15:2, Exodus 23:25, Jeremiah 30:17, Isaiah 53:5

I trust you with my life.Β
Β
